These terms apply to purchases on GTA VI Poster Wala, operated by Sayak Karmakar, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We sell printed A3 posters. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed poster. GTA VI Poster Wala is a fan store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. All game names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you see an order number starting with GVPW-. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock or the order looks fraudulent.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
