Cancelling an order

You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched or handed over. Message us with your order number and we'll refund the full amount.

Damaged or wrong item

If a poster arrives damaged or you receive the wrong one, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund the full amount, whichever you prefer.

Returns

Because posters are low-cost printed items, we don't accept returns for change of mind once they're delivered.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They're started within 2 working days and usually reach your account in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
